The coolest part of this is it does not require installation. You just to extract the WikiTaxi archive into any folder of your choice and it can be also on your USB drive also. The WikiTaxi is multilingual that means you can use it from Wikipedia's from different languages. Before you can actually use the WikiTaxi you need to download your Wikipedia from the internet and import it to WikiTaxi database.This is necessary for offline browsing. After this download you don’t need internet connection.
